The booking form is now OPEN

The 2026/2027 season is expected to be very full with 10 productions, and a new school opening.  The priority year is West Kildonan family of schools.  That means that those schools get first choice over other schools, but only AFTER the musical weeks, and divisional events are scheduled.  All other schools will be given next choice based on fair amount of days, and specific requirements.  The remaining days will  be open for the public to reserve.

PLEASE NOTE:  THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR DATE.  YOU WILL HEAR BACK FROM SOPAC IF YOUR FIRST AND SECOND CHOICES DO NOT WORK. THE FINAL CALENDAR WILL BE UPDATED  IN EARLY JUNE, FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR DATES.

Community groups/public rentals will be contacted directly to confirm your dates.  We do apologize, it is not possible to accept every booking request.  There are substantially more requests than days in the week.
